CLEAN BC - DOUBLE REBATE EXTENDED
Morrison and Hershfield outlined in their final report (see below) that switching from propane or oil heat sources for residential homes to more renewable options (such as air-source heat pumps) is an easily achievable emission reduction opportunity for Queen Charlotte residents. The current increased rebates offered by the Province through Clean BC provides added financial incentive for residents interested in pursuing these options.
We encourage those interested to register for a promo code before March 31, 2021. The Village is aiming to provide more information including local resources and sample applications in the near future.
Additionally, Clean BC offers Energy Coach services to assist individuals in the process of increasing energy efficiency in homes.
